Jaime Jorge -
(Director of Coaching)
Coach Jaime is a full-time Nationally Certified Soccer Coach who has spent the past 25+ years helping thousands of youth soccer players across Fairfield County. In 2015 Jaime was introduced as Coaching Director and Head Coach here at Trumbull United. Since this time Trumbull United has almost doubled in team’s players participating in the program but the most telling growth in is players and team’s ability to compete at the next level. Over the past 6 season he has coached numerous teams and has some incredible achievements, including, the 2003 Extreme (CJSA Championship), 2005 Heat (CT Cup Finalist), 2008 Pride, 2008 Wildcats, and finally the 2009 Bobcats (9-0 CJSA Fall Season & 2nd Place CCSL Premier League Finish). Coach Jaime says “I feel to have found my calling as a soccer coach here in Trumbull. Youth Soccer is a great platform for children to develop and learn so many life lessons and Coaches do make a difference in players lives. It’s really been “personally” rewarding to me to have been part of this Trumbull Grassroots culture change, and the future of Trumbull United is incredibly bright”!
Coach Jaime began his soccer career playing here locally in Fairfield County, then went on to play NCAA Division 1 soccer at Sacred Heart University. He has coached in many programs across Fairfield County, including, Trumbull & Monroe AYSO, Fairfield United, Revolution United, Stratford United, Youth Elite Soccer, and most currently he is coaching in the girls’ soccer program at Trumbull High School.

Joserra Aja -
From Bilbao, Spanish side of the Basque Country, he learned to love the game of soccer at an early age. Played for C.D. Getxo in its lower categories and F.C. Barcelona, when he had to choose between soccer and Jai alai. He came to the United States as a professional Jai-alai player in Melbourne and Daytona Beach in Florida, and then played for both Bridgeport and Milford Jai-alai until this one closed in 2001. "Soccer has always been an important part of my experience growing up back home and I'm thrilled to have the opportunity to work for Trumbull United helping players have fun while improving their skills." Jose has several years experience coaching soccer for various age groups, including the Premier club CFC. He is presently coaching with the ODP program (CJSA) at InSports in Trumbull. He has called Connecticut his home for 24 years and currently resides in Monroe with his wife and two children.

John Egan -
John Egan is the Athletic Director and Girls’ Varsity Soccer Coach at Christian Heritage School. A native of the South Shore of Massachusetts, he attended Gordon College in MA and played 4 years of NCAA Division III soccer, earning numerous accolades including All-Conference and All-New England. He started his coaching career as an assistant at his alma mater, recruiting nationally for the soccer program. His recruits helped lead Gordon’s men’s team to its first NCAA tournament in school history. One recruit was also recognized as an All-American, the only underclassmen that year. Shortly after, he continued his college coaching career as a graduate assistant for the Springfield College men’s team where he earned his Master’s degree in Education, concentrated in Athletic Administration. He was Head Coach at William Penn University, an NAIA school in Iowa, and at Salve Regina University in Newport, RI. For the past 7 years, he has been an Athletic Director at high schools in New Hampshire and now Connecticut. He has coached boys and girls at the high school and middle school level. He has coached club soccer in Iowa, Rhode Island, New Hampshire and Connecticut. He is married to his wife, Jill, and they have 3 children, Maggie, Tessa and John Martin.

Jon Ruddock –
A native of Liverpool, England, he brings extensive experience, having played and coached at the Division II level for the University of Bridgeport. Jon has trained multiple premier and travel teams throughout Fairfield County in his 18 years of coaching in Connecticut. He is currently the Director of Soccer at Chelsea Piers CT and resides in Trumbull with his wife and three children.

Jay Golesky -
Coach Jay had the distinct pleasure of growing up in Trumbull and playing for Trumbull high school. He was named All-FCIAC, All-State, All-New England player and chosen for the Olympic Development Program. Jay played for Mitchell College from 1999-2001 before going on to play D1 soccer at UMASS from 2001-2003. He coached for Fairfield Ludlow High School as the boys Varsity Coach for 10 years and is currently the Assistant Boys Varsity Coach at St. Joseph's High School. In addition, Jay has coached for Westport, Fairfield and Monroe travel soccer programs over the years. His coaching accomplishments include 5 league division Championships and the 2010 CJSA State Cup Championship with his U14 boys team.

Coach Brandon is a former 4-year varsity soccer player at St. Joseph High School in Trumbull. During his High School years, he played off-season soccer with Trumbull United REAL program and has fully lived up to the TUSC Mission Statement which has lead him back to Trumbull United in a leadership role. Brandon correctly holds a USSF National “F” and “E” license and will be looking to attain his “D” this coming year. He is also a USSF Nationally Certified Referee which has helped him acquire a better understating of the game and it’s Laws. Outside of Trumbull United Brandon has coached for Tri-Town Soccer Academy and most recently was selected to be an Asst Coach the CJSA Training Center Program play date tournament up in Massachusetts. I currently resides in Shelton and I am extremely proud to be one of Trumbull United’s Coaching Staffs newest additions.

Coach Mark resides in Trumbull with his wife and two sons. He is a former Trumbull United player himself and is excited to come back to coach for the program that provided him with so much in his soccer career. Mark has coached in area travel and premier programs over the last 2 decades through FUSA/Ole and helped develop a girls high school soccer program in his 5 years of coaching at Central High School. Mark is also an elementary teacher in Fairfield with over 15 years experience. Mark is excited about returning to Trumbull United as a coach and bringing his experience and coaching methods to a town that means so much to him.

Jorge Pinto -
Coach Jorge comes to Trumbull United with over 20 years of coaching experience at the youth soccer level including in Fairfield, Trumbull, Wilton, Darien, Monroe, Westport and Weston. He attended Fairfield High School, was team captain his junior and senior year and all FCIAC as well. Coach Jorge attended college at Springfield and Rhode Island College. He has served as a Coerver/Everton coach for 8 years, Nike Women's Soccer Camp director for 8 years, Sacred Heart University Women's Assistant Coach for 8 years as well as worked as a Speed and Agility coach for 2 years. He comes to us with a wealth of experience in coaching youth soccer at all levels.

Frank Rizio -
Coach Frank was born and raised in Monroe where he started playing soccer at a young age and played on Olympic Development teams for multiple years. Frank played for Masuk High School and was named 4 years to All Conference, 2 years All State, 2 years Captain and crowned Conference Champions in 2004. He attended Western Connecticut State University where he played all 4 years and named captain. While playing for WestConn, he experienced winning a league championship and play in the NCAA tournament. He has coached for the last 5 years at the travel level U9-U15 in both Fairfield and Monroe. Frank is excited to share his experience, knowledge and passion for the sport of soccer with the players of Trumbull United
Tony Rizio -
Coach Tony resides in Shelton with his wife and two daughters. He was born and raised in Monroe where he started playing soccer at a young age. He played 4 years with the Olympic Development Program and won 4 open cups with multiple premier teams, one of which participated in the Dallas Cup. Tony played for Masuk High School, was senior captain, and named to the SWC all-conference team. He attended Marist College, and graduated from Bryant College where he played collegiate soccer at both the division 1 and 2 level. He has coached for the last 5 years at the travel level U11-U14 with FUSA/Ole. Tony is also a Grade 8 referee, as well as the referee assignor for MSC. Tony is excited to bring his experience, knowledge and passion for soccer to Trumbull United.
Moshe Shemesh -
Coach Moshe is a former Israeli Junior National Player who has played across Europe and the United States. He played Collegiate Soccer at the University of Bridgeport from 1989-1993. He has coached soccer for over 20 years - University of Bridgeport, Westport Youth Soccer, Joel Barlow Girls High School Coach.
